संसदीय गरिमा का बलात्कार
हाल ही में महिला आरक्षण विधेयक के मुद्दे पर भारतीय संसद में विपक्ष के कुछ सदस्यों द्वारा संसदीय गरिमा का जिस तरह से बलात्कार किया गया है,विश्व के सबसे बड़े लोकतंत्र के लिए इससे अधिक शर्मनाक और क्या हो सकता है ? लोकतंत्र के मंदिर की व्यवस्था बिगाड़ने वाले इन जन-प्रतिनिधियों के हाथो में क्या देश की व्यवस्था सुरक्षित रह सकती है ? यह विश्लेषण का विषय हो सकता है. संसदीय अनुशासन को सरे-आम नग्न करने वाले इन जनप्रतिनिधियों को क्या वास्तव में संसद में रहने का अधिकार है ? इस पर आगामी चुनाव में जनता को अवश्य सोचना चाहिए. विधेयक की प्रतिया फाड़कर सभापति महोदय पर फेककर व आसंदी पर लगे माइक को उखाड़ने के प्रयास कर इन सदस्यों ने अपनी असभ्यता,बर्बरता व नीचता का परिचय दिया है, तो उन्हें दण्डित न कर सक्षम अधिकारियो ने अपनी नपुंसकता का परिचय दिया है; भारत-वर्ष में सदियों से यही तो होता आ रहा है;और यही कारण है की सांसद जब चाहे तब सरे-आम संसदीय गरिमा के वस्त्र उतार कर इस देश की जनता को समूचे विश्व में शर्मसार कर देते है. क्या इन सांसदों को राष्ट्रीय अस्मिता को सार्वजनिक रूप से छति पहुचाने का अपराध करने के लिए अभियोजित नहीं किया जाना चाहिए ? चूँकि संसद की चारदीवारी के भीतर उठने वाले मुद्दों को सामान्यतः न्यायलय के समक्ष नहीं लाया जा सकता है तथा इनको न्याय-निर्णीत करने की महती जिम्मेदारी पीठासीन अधिकारियो की होती है ; अतः उनका यह वैधानिक व नैतिक कर्तव्य है की वे राष्ट्रीय अस्मिता व संसदीय अनुशासन के अनुरक्षण के लिए सक्रियतापूर्वक कठोर कार्यवाही करे अन्यथा वे भी इन दुर्योधनो को बचाने के लिए इतिहास में भीष्म-पितामह की तरह जाने जायेंगे ; और यह निश्चित है की जब तक अपेक्षित कठोर कार्यवाही नहीं की जाएगी तब तक इन दुस्साहसी जनप्रतिनिधियों की बदोलत संसदीय कार्यवाही बार-बार स्थगित की जाएगी व भारत की जनता की कमाई से वसूला गया अरबो-खरबों रुपयों का धन ऐसे ही व्यर्थ जाता रहेगा तथा भारतीय संसद लोक-वित्त के संरक्षण के अपने प्राथमिक दायित्व को अपने पैरो तले ही कुचलती रहेगी.

नेता खा गए पैसा सारा-का-सारा,
और हमें सिखाते संयम का नारा.
जिसे सौप दिया राजदंड हमने,
उसने हमें मारा-ही-मारा.
अब आप बताये हमें देये कौन सहारा......?"

"VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMAN"
There is a drawing theme in my mind, but I am not able to draw it because I am not a painter. The theme is that a helpless and frightened semi-naked woman is surrounded by two semi-snake man; that is snake who has a man's head with a terrible expression. One snake-man is trying to bite on woman's breast and another one is trying to suppress woman near by her face and she is trying to keep away both of them with her hands. Her eyes is dripping with tears and hands and breast is dripping with blood. These tears and blood drops are named with the type of violence against the woman; like rape,abduction,kidnapping,dowry,domestic violence,violence against widows,prostitution,femicide and toeticide,teasing,emotional and economical insecurity etc. These tears and blood drops are scattered on the land and on this scene some badly malnourished children are appearing.
Can anybody do a favour for me to draw it.

अतृप्ति
अतृप्ति के भाव लिए जीता हूँ ,
न जीता हूँ ,न मरता हूँ ।
जिन्दगी तो बस एक कोलाहल है ,
खत्म् न हो एक एसी हलचल है ।
एक बवंडर मेरे मन का ,
चिन्ह छोड़ता रचने- मिटने के वर्तुल का ।
कुछ आकंछायों के बोझ तले
अर्थ भूलता जीवन का ।
जीवन सरिता में अब ,
शोर नही कल-कल का ।
छूट रहा है कुछ जो पीछे,
हिसाब ढूढता उस पल-पल का।
अतृप्ति के भावः लिए जीता हूँ ,
हलाहल के प्याले अब में पीता हूँ ।
न जीता हूँ , न मरता हूँ ,
बस एक भावः लिए में जीता हूँ ।

OBSTACLES OF LIFE & MYSTERY OF MIND

Who am I? Is only a little dancing stooge in the hand of situations? What is the base of my existence? I have heared that a men own build his fate, but experiences show that there is something else which is not in the hand of human being , A one authority definitely present here to whom we decide both our condition and direction unwonted. Is this the storm of situations, which blew all the dreams in one flick? Is this the symbol of fate, before to whom we only see skidding sand in spite of tight hand? Feel helpless in spite of trying best or have to come unknown with every thing in spite of knowing all things or come strange about well known end. The cloud of disappointment may be run over ones ambitions and although knowing the goal, go to in strange direction step by step without self analysis. Is this the sneer of situational fate?
Now question is that, is men bound to happen prey in the hand of situations? Is he has no self-possession? Is ones not responsible to create situations? Is his decisions are not born the situations or decisions are comes situational? Who is the slave to whom? Is this a circular process then who is responsible to whom?
Is men has ultimate freedom to act? Perhaps, yes it is based on ones decisions that what he want. Perhaps situations give a platform to judge capacity and establish the importance of particular men. There is no possibility to judge the brevity of soldier without battle. Then is it right to blame for situations? In fact situations established the relevance of men and give chance to him to purify the capacity.
Then it is says that ones coward, who weep on situations, who does not have vitality for tide over whirlwind of difficulties to come together with his goal. Glory does not keen to welcome like this person, but why most people displeased with hard work in spite of desire of glory or fame? Why they focused on failure in spite of success? Why they feel bound to push ourselves in to hell due to negative lifestyle?
It is truth that it is only men who is the ultimate source of his own happiness and sorrow because he get the only things which he want. One sees and feels the only things which he wants to express, so it is not fair to blame any other mean. If men want they feel like heaven or hell in the same time, it is the differences only of attitude, then why people feel too much attachment with sadness?
Why I am become strange about all things in spite of knowing all things? Although I know my aim but why I have missed my way? Why I have to found myself helpless and without remedy? Is there any dual in my mind, perhaps yes, I am sin and good deed also. I am body and soul also. I am sacrifice and enjoyment also. I am deity and devil also. In summary I am nothing except dual. Does my life have to swing between these two boundaries like a pendulum or will stability come to me?
Lack of commitment and dedication toward aim, loose the way of foundation of knowledge shows the weakness of my inner mind. Lack of hopeness to dissolve in aim indicates low determination.
To reach highest success it is enough knowledge which any one can need. So now I am awaking, haze is disappearing before my eyes and the daily routine of my life want to express different song today, perhaps the beauty of my existence want to touch my self expression and soul.
Now I am hearing the beautiful song of life, as if her melody is decorating my heart। Now mystery and dual is going one by one. As if the music of peace wants to touch me because now I am beginning the new chapter of my life after the embracement of dawn.
